Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once delivered, even if unopened. This policy is required under:

Refunds & Replacements

You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement if any of the following occur:

  • You received the wrong medication
  • The dosage or quantity is incorrect

  • Your order was lost during transit
  • The medication was expired at the time of delivery

Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to report the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Prescription Products (OTC & Wellness Items)

Non-prescription items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unopened and unused
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Product is not temperature-sensitive

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order enters pharmacy processing or shipment. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellations may not be possible due to regulatory requirements.

Shipping Issues & Delivery Delays

We ship to all U.S. states and all Canadian regions using secure, trackable carriers. If your order is:

  • Delayed beyond the estimated delivery window
  • Showing no tracking updates
  • Marked as delivered but not received

Our team will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
